The transom again, now with the motorwell drains installed. I asked Ben how he was going to seal those holes for the outboard motor and suggested potting them with thickened epoxy. Rather than fill them and try to redrill, Ben has ordered some solid fiberglass round bar and will predrill it with the correct motor hole size and then glue it into the enlarged motor mounting holes. With solid fberglass around each bolt, there should be little chance of water getting into the transom and rotting it away.
