Fee Schedule

Design Time: $40.00 per hour + Direct Expenses
                           (Please contact me for fixed price contracts)
Travel: $250.00 per day + Direct Expenses (overnight trips-for the duration of the trip)

Direct Expenses are billed at cost and include, but are not limited to, the following:
•   Travel Expenses (airfare, hotels, car rentals, tolls, meals, etc..)
•   Blueprinting, Plotting and Copying Charges
•   Postage, Shipping and Packaging Charges
•   Film, Photographic Development and Enlargements
•   Renderings, Artwork, Models and Mock-ups

All work to be done under the terms and conditions as put forth in the Design Contract. Work on all projects is started only after receipt of a retainer payment, as outlined in the Design Contract and continued only while the account is kept current.

Invoices are submitted on a monthly basis, with an itemized accounting of all hours and expenses charged. Copies of receipts to be provided on request.

Terms are net 21 days from date of invoice. Interest on past due accounts will be charged at the rate of 1.5% per month.

Services will only be sub-contracted to others upon the prior approval of the client.

All rates current as of 9/20/07 and are subject to change without prior notice. All prices in U.S. currency. All payments in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank.
